Brutal.ai is an entertainment service that uses Artificial Intelligence to analyze uploaded images and generate comedic, satirical, and often harsh criticisms ("Roasts"). By uploading an image, you explicitly consent to being insulted, mocked, and roasted by our AI. We are not liable for any emotional distress, bruised egos, or damaged self-esteem resulting from the use of this service. It is for entertainment purposes only.
You retain ownership of any images you upload. However, you guarantee that you have the right and explicit permission to upload the image. Do not upload illegal, explicit (NSFW), or non-consensual content. We reserve the right to report illegal uploads to the relevant authorities.
While you must be 18 years or older to purchase and use Brutal.ai, our service strictly prohibits the uploading of sexually explicit, violently graphic, illegal, or severely harmful imagery. Furthermore, our AI operates with strict safety filters designed to prevent the generation of NSFW (Not Safe For Work), adult, or harmful content. The output is intended solely for lighthearted comedy and satire. We reserve the right to refuse service, block uploads, or ban users who attempt to bypass these safety filters or violate this policy, without the obligation of a refund.
All payments are securely processed via our Merchant of Record, Polar.sh. Because our product is a digital good generated immediately upon payment, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. If you are unhappy with your roast, that probably means the AI did its job.
Under no circumstances shall Brutal.ai, its creators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the generated AI content.
We collect anonymous usage data (such as page views and feature interactions) via PostHog to improve the service. This data is not personally identifiable, is not used for advertising, and is not sold to third parties.
